Artwork Submission
All custom jobs eventually require vector based artwork. Therefore the preferred file formats are eps, dxf, or cdr.
If all you have available is rasterized artwork (e.g. file formats tif, gif, or jpg) we can convert it to vector art for an additional charge.
Artwork that requires any sort of cleanup will incur such art charges.
Proofing
All signs must be approved in writing by the customer before production. Please include your fax, email, and/or other contact information on all quote requests.
Shipping
We ship using FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS. So if you prefer for us to use any account you may have with those providers, we will gladly accomodate you.
