Artwork Submission
All custom jobs eventually require vector based artwork. Therefore the preferred file formats are eps, dxf, or cdr.
If all you have available is rasterized artwork (e.g. file formats tif, gif, or jpg) we can convert it to vector art for an additional charge.
Artwork that requires any sort of cleanup will incur such art charges.
Proofing
All signs must be approved in writing by the customer before production. Please include your fax, email, and/or other contact information on all quote requests.
Shipping
We ship using FedEx*, UPS*, DHL* and USPS.
So if you prefer
for us to use any
account you may have with those providers, we will gladly accomodate
you.
*Note: cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses; need
physical address
as deliveries are
made to a location
- please utilize
USPS for APO/FPO
shipments.
Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, PayPal, eCheck, credit cards, money orders & purchase orders.
Orders over $1000 are subject to an Alternative Payment Method Convenience Charge of
2.5% on Visa/Mastercard/Discover and 3.5% on American Express.
